owner of a cheesefarm en socialfarm with flower- and vegetablegarden and a farmstore. We have 12 supervisors and 70 people with disabilities (usualy there are 20 people with disability present on a day and 8 supervisord and 3 trainees ) They are only by day.
I'm a social farmer with who also have a production farm. people with disabilities can help were the can of the can follow education. I can introduce my experience and if you want you can see my farm if we are in the netherlands
